BlueMere Books offers generous discounts for retailers and a policy of refunding or replacing books quickly and easily.
All BlueMere Books titles published in paperback can be ordered direct; orders must be prepaid. Payment may be made by PayPal, credit card via PayPal (at no cost to you) or by cheque/money order.
- 2 – 4 books, 40% discount on retail price (plus shipping)
- 5 – 9 books, 45% discount on retail price (plus shipping)
- 10 or more books, 50% discount on retail price (plus shipping)

Returns and Cancellations
While our goal is your satisfaction, returns will generally only be accepted within one calendar month of purchase. We will replace or refund if your item is:
- damaged in transit
- we have sent an incorrect item
- lost in transit
Refunds are via your original method of payment. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the circumstances of your claim, and we will respond within one business day.
Items Lost in Transit
All items are shipped with tracking numbers, but sometimes packages still go missing. If your order has been static for more than five working days, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will query the status with our delivery company. We will ship a replacement if it cannot be located.
Change of Mind
Orders in process cannot be cancelled and will be despatched to your address as ordered.
Once you have received your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number to receive a return authorisation. Return the books at your cost to:
