There’s a New Private Detective in Town
โ
The Robin Hood of Private Detectives
Ex-contotionist and licensed private detective Georgia Garside, known as Bubba Gee to friends and family, often accepts barter as payment.
She’s a do-gooder, not a go-getter. Ethical, caring, and working for the poor, and her mother thinks its no surprise when she’s at the centre of a bombing.
Taipan vs Brown (BlueMere Books, June 2022) by Alexandria Blaelock, is a short mystery novel featuring a feisty woman whose mother doesn’t understand why she won’t give up her detective agency and go home.
“I loved Georgia the minute she crawled out of my pen,” Alexandria said. “She’s living life on her own terms, and sometimes even succeeds.”
For her first case, she’s tasked to retrieve some compromising photos from an ex-boyfriend, but the situation is so much more complicated that that!
The Robin Hood of Private Investigators
Georgia Garside. Foul-mouthed Private Investigator. Ex-contorionist.
Out of her depth. In over her head.
Caught up in the war between a wealthy industrialist and the ex-sugar babe who canโt take a hint.
A laugh-out-loud triparte battle of wits, winner takes all.
