We chose the “Charlotte,” for our digital narrator as “she” is a fairly good representation of an Australian woman aged 31 – 45.
And that’s about as close as we’re going to get to the author’s voice until we can convince her to get in an audio booth and do the recordnings herself!
Seeing as you’re not looking at a print book, you don’t need to worry so much about dog-eared pages or split spines.
But, we know you’re probably going to listen while you’re driving, cooking dinner, or exercising… So, just from a health and safety point of view, please pay attention to what you’re doing, wash your hands, and don’t drop your phone! Might be an idea to clean the screen now and again as well.
