Refunds

Please choose carefully as refunds are given in limited circumstances.

Audio and eBooks are digital downloads, cannot be removed once delivered, and are considered final sales. Audiobook listings in particular have samples, so we consider you’ve listened to the sample before you purchase.

Digital sales will only be refunded for duplicate purchases within 48 hours of the first purchase. In this case, the duplicate will be refunded.

Print Book refunds are only given for faulty items when you contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the book (according to the tracking).

Please use the subject “returns,” include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of faulty item. We’ll refund or resend – your choice.
