How to Order

Our titles are available in hardback, paperback, ebook and AI generated audio versions.

You can order through your usual book trade distributor (e.g. the Ingram Group or Baker & Taylor), or take advantage of our discounts and easy refund/replacement policy when you order direct.

Ordering Direct

Orders for paper and hardbacks must be paid in advance. You can pay by PayPal, credit or debit card via PayPal (at no cost to you), or by cheque/money order.

To order signed copies or bulk orders, please contact us at orders@bluemerebooks.com.

Returns

While our goal is your satisfaction, returns will generally only be accepted within one calendar month of purchase.

We will replace or refund if your item is:

Refunds are via your original method of payment. Please email us with your order number and the circumstances of your claim. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Damaged in Transit

Please contact us at orders@bluemerebooks.com for a return authorisation. Include your order details and images of the damage, and we’ll issue a replacement.

Lost in Transit

While we ship items with tracking, we understand sometimes packages still go missing.

If your order has been static for more than five working days, please contact us at orders@bluemerebooks.com and we’ll query the status with our delivery company. If the package cannot be located, we will ship a replacement.

The Wrong Item

Please contact us at orders@bluemerebooks.com.

Include your order details and images of the book sent, and we’ll issue a replacement.

Cancellations

Orders in process cannot be cancelled and will be sent to your address as ordered.

Once you’ve received your order, please contact us at orders@bluemerebooks.com with your order number to receive a return authorisation.

Return the books at your cost to the postal address shown below.
