How to order

Our titles are available in hardback, paperback, eBook and audiobook editions.

Retailers can order from your usual book trade distributor (e.g. the Ingram Group or Baker & Taylor), or take advantage of our discounts and quick and easy refund/replacement policy when you order direct.

 

Direct Orders

Orders for paper and hardbacks must be made in advance, by PayPal or credit card via PayPal (at no cost to you) or by cheque/money order.

  • 2 – 4 books, 40% discount on retail price (plus shipping)
  • 5 – 9 books, 45% discount on retail price (plus shipping)
  • 10 or more books, 50% discount on retail price (plus shipping)

Returns & Cancellations

While our goal is your satisfaction, returns will generally only be accepted within one calendar month of purchase. We will replace or refund if your item is:

  • Damaged in transit,
  • Lost in transit, or
  • We have sent an incorrect item.

Refunds are via your original method of payment. Please email us with your order number and the circumstances of your claim, and we will respond within one business day.

We will refund the purchase price when we receive your parcel.

 

Lost in Transit

All items are shipped with tracking numbers, but sometimes packages still go missing. If your order has been static for more than five working days, contact us and we’ll query the status with our delivery company. We will ship a replacement if it cannot be located.

 

Change of Mind

Orders in process cannot be cancelled and will be despatched to your address as ordered.

Once you have received your order, please email us with your order number to receive a return authorisation. Return the books at your cost to the postal address shown below.
