Shipping & Returns

We’re a small Australian publishing house offering print on demand goods.

We are not a multinational conglomerate like Amazon, so we cannot offer you free shipping, or shipping with the same or next day delivery. We hope you understand.

However, we do not profit from postage and offer you the choice of “live” shipping rates through major ecommerce logistics companies such as Australia Post, FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, and Royal Mail.

This allows you to choose between the cheapest and fastest shipping according to your needs at the time of purchase, before you check out.

The cost is calculated with a combination of the weight of goods, your location, and the location of the manufacturing facility.

Shipping costs for books and merchandise are listed separately in your basket, and because we print on demand at seperate factories, you will receive more than one package.

Please be aware the current global situation includes pandemics, war, climate events such as fires and floods, as well as plain old staff shortages. Thus production and shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

But, if your package tracking information has stalled for more than two weeks, please contact us at orders@bluemerebooks.com.

Printed Goods

Shipping Address

Please provide your full name, a complete and accurate delivery address and a contact phone number.

We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong person or address as a result of providing inaccurate or incomplete information.

Books

Print books are printed and shipped by BookVault from its facility in the United Kingdom. Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are shipped according to your choice of standard and express, tracked and untracked.

Merchandise

Merchandise is printed and shipped by Gelato or Printful through the closest facility to your location.

When you purchase sBooks and audio from bluemerebooks.com, they are delivered instantly by email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at checkout.

If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam folder, or if you’re using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

Countries We Can’t Ship To

There are some countries we, or our partners can’t ship to due to legal restrictions and trade embargoes.

Cancellations

Please think carefully as you check out. Orders are immediately dispatched to our suppliers and can’t be edited, changed or cancelled.

Returns

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Audiobook listings include a sample; please listen to it before you buy.

eBook returns/refunds will only be considered for duplicate purchases within 48 hours of first purchase. In this case, the duplicate will be refunded.

Print Book returns are only accepted for faulty items when you contact us within 7 days of receiving the book (according to the tracking).

Please contact orders@bluemerebooks.com within 7 days. Use the subject “returns,” include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of faulty item. We’ll refund or resend – your choice.
